With the holiday season approaching; please remember that the staff at Walker Recovery Center staff is not allowed to accept gifts from clients at any time during the year. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cards are acceptable.

We had a tremendous response for the Food Drive for the holidays. The food and other items collected were given to the Salvation Army in Jasper.  THANK YOU to all who participated!

BULLETIN BOARDS

The clinic will be closed ½ day on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and closed except for dosing on Christmas Day, the day after and New Year’s Day. Dosing hours will be changed.  

Always check the bulletin boards for changes for the holidays. Note changes in dosing hours, groups and if your counselor is going to be out of the office. These notes are posted for your benefit.

 

 

 

Christmas Cards for Soldiers

 

We are encouraging clients and staff of WRC to send a card/cards to our soldiers who are recovering from injuries at Walter Reed Hospital.  If you have any old cards you aren't using, please bring them to the clinic and we'll make address labels for those sending cards.  Cards will be available in the dosing lobby.
